[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of
Plymouth 10-9-1996 by Ord. No.
5-1996. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Borough of Plymouth does hereby replace the Office of Controller
with the position of appointed Auditor, to be effective on January
5, 1998. It is further enacted and ordained that the independent Auditor
should be appointed at the appropriate time in accordance with Section
1005(7) of the Borough Code, 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 1005(7).
All ordinances and parts thereof inconsistent with this chapter
are hereby and shall be repealed.
This chapter shall become effective immediately upon compliance
with all requirements of the Borough Code pertaining to the adoption
of an ordinance.
