The Borough of Plymouth, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, has enacted
an ordinance for the subdivision and land development in Plymouth
Borough which provides for the control of the subdivision and development
of land in Plymouth Borough and the approval of plats of land within
the jurisdiction of the Borough Council, similar to the ordinance
as passed by the County Commissioners of Luzerne County and approved
by the Board of Commissioners of Luzerne County on January 21, 1976,
attached hereto and adopted by reference.[1]
