Editor's Note: Former Article XIII Department of Health and
Welfare was removed by the City. Ordinance No. 1006 adopted July 5,
1978, authorized an agreement between the City of South Amboy and
the County of Middlesex providing for the furnishing by the county
to the city of health services of a technical and professional nature.
