N.J.S.A. 26:2C-1, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 7:27-1, et seq. as may be
amended and supplemented, are hereby adopted by reference as though
the entire provision of N.J.S.A. 26:2C-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 7:27-1,
et seq., were set forth verbatim and at length herein.
B.
The Middlesex County Environmental Health Division (MCEHD) shall
enforce and administer the Air Pollution Control Program pursuant
to authority from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection
(NJDEP) and the County Environmental Health Act (CEHA) — N.J.S.A.
26:3A2-21et seq.
