Any interested party may appeal to the Planning Board:
a.
Any decision of the Borough Engineer pursuant to Article 4 of this
Ordinance (Soil Erosion and Sediment Control).
b.
Any decision of the Borough Engineer pursuant to Article 6 of this
Ordinance (Storm Water Control).
The Planning Board shall establish procedures for handling any
appeal brought to it under this Section.
Appeals from decisions of the Board of Adjustment or Planning
Board, or other agencies or officials, not provided for herein, shall
be to the Superior Court or as otherwise provided for by law.
