A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Code Enforcement Officer of the Town of Delmar, being marked and designated as the International Property Maintenance Code, 2015 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the Town of Delmar, Delaware, for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided, and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Property Maintenance Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this article, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 395-2 of this article.
The following sections of the International Property Maintenance Code are hereby revised:
A. 
Section 101.1 shall be revised by inserting "Town of Delmar, Delaware," in the blank for name of jurisdiction.
B. 
Section 102.6. Insert: "as adopted by ordinance or resolution from time to time."
C. 
Section 111.1 is amended by substituting "the existing Board of Adjustment" for "Board of Appeals" in the third line thereof. All other references in Section 111 or elsewhere in the International Property Maintenance to the "Board of Appeals" or "Board" shall be deemed to be references to the said "Board of Adjustment."
D. 
Section 303.14. Insert "April 1 to October 30."
E. 
Section 602.3. Insert: "November 1 to March 31."
F. 
Section 602.4. Insert: "November 1 to March 31."
Nothing in this article or in the Property Maintenance Code hereby adopted shall be construed to affect any suit or proceeding impending in any court, or any rights acquired, or liability incurred, or any cause or causes of action acquired or existing, under any act or ordinance hereby repealed as cited in § 395-2 of this article, nor shall any just or legal right or remedy of any character be lost, impaired or affected by this article.
