No person shall burn trash, paper refuse, debris or any other material or matter upon the public streets, ways and sidewalks within the Town of Delmar, Delaware.

No person shall cast, throw, fell or deposit any trash, paper, refuse, debris or any other material or matter upon any public or private property within the corporate limits of the Town of Delmar, Delaware, without first obtaining the consent of the legal owner of such property.
No person shall drain wastewater, slop or other liquid refuse or substance into the public street, gutter or sidewalk within the corporate limits of the Town of Delmar, Delaware.

A person who does not comply with the provisions of this article is guilty of a municipal violation, and the penalty shall be $50 for each initial offense and $100 for each subsequent offense. Each day a violation continues is a separate offense.
