The South Amboy First Aid and Safety Squad shall be permitted
to solicit contributions on the Route 9 to Route 35 Ramp situated
in the City of South Amboy in accordance with the provisions contained
herein.
Ordinance No. 6-2010 is adopted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-60,
as amended by P.L. 1997, Chapter 82.
Ordinance No. 6-2010 shall take effect immediately upon adoption
and publication in the manner required by law and upon the approval
of the New Jersey Commissioner of Transportation as per N.J.S.A. 39:4-60.
The City Clerk shall serve a certified true copy of the resolution
upon the New Jersey Commissioner of Transportation and request his
approval, pursuant to statute.
