§ 12-1-1 Adoption by reference; penalty assessments.

The 2019 Compilation of the New Mexico Uniform Traffic Ordinance and all changes through July 1, 2019, are herewith adopted by reference, pursuant to NMSA 1978, § 3-17-6. Where penalty amounts contained in the UTO differ from those enacted by Penalty Assessment Ordinance 12-12-1.2 of the Village of Bosque Farms, as amended on October 19, 2017, the amounts contained in said Penalty Assessment Ordinance shall control.

§ 12-1-2 Availability of code.

This Section 12-1, as adopted, shall be available for inspection in the office of the Municipal Clerk during regular and normal business hours of the Municipal Clerk. A copy of the code shall be available upon request and payment of a reasonable charge.
