A.
Every resident wishing to utilize the Township's recycling center
shall register with the Department of Public Works by providing the
resident's name, license plate number and permit fee online.
B.
The Department of Public Works shall maintain a list of all registered
residents.
C.
Only registered residents with a registered vehicle who have paid
the annual registration fee and provided their license plate information
shall be permitted to utilize the recycling center.
A.
The annual fee for use of the recycling center shall be $100. Said
payment shall be paid online.
B.
Registration shall be for the term of January 1 through December
31 of each year. The fee shall be prorated for 2020 only. Thereafter,
the fee shall be $100 no matter when the permit is purchased.
C.
Renewal of registration shall be completed by January 31 or a late
fee of $5 per month unpaid shall be assessed upon renewal.
