Know all men by these Presents, That (I or we) (name of individual owner or owners), of the Township of North Strabane, County of Washington and State of Pennsylvania, for ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, do hereby adopt this plan as (my, our) plan of (my, our) property situated in North Strabane Township and do hereby dedicate forever for public use for highway and utility purposes, all drives, roads, lanes, ways, rights-of-way and other public highways shown upon the plan, and we release, remise and discharge the Township of North Strabane, its successor or assigns, of and from all liability, courses of action, claims or damages arising from or pertaining to in any manner said roads and rights-of-way.
We further agree that said plan is approved by the Township of North Strabane for "Planning Purposes Only" and that said Township shall not issue any "building permits" for lots contained herein, nor shall any lots be deeded until either all of said roads and improvements in accordance with North Strabane Township Ordinance _____ and all other applicable ordinances have been completed and accepted by said Township or until the Township has approved a bond with sufficient surety to guarantee construction of the same.
