City of Newark, NJ Article 1 Diseased Animals

§ 6:2-1 ANIMALS WITH CERTAIN DISEASES.

No animal with an infectious or contagious disease shall (a) be brought into the City; or (b) be kept within the City except by written permission of the Director of the Department of Health and Community Wellness of the City.
