Editor's Note: Former Ch. 45, Board of Recreation
Commissioners, adopted 2-26-1990 as Ord. No. 90-189, was repealed
5-13-1991 by Ord. No. 91-208. Said ordinance also provided that the
powers and duties of the Recreation Commissioners be and the same
are hereby transferred to the Recreation Department," and that "the
Recreation Department is to be headed by the Recreation Leader, a
civil service employee of the Township of Dennis. The Recreation Leader
shall report to the elected member of the Township Committee in charge
of the Recreation Department, as appointed by the Mayor," and that
"the Dennis Township Committee has full responsibility and accountability
for all moneys appropriated, collected and expended by the Recreation
Department."
