The Township hereby adopts the attorney fees as agreed and approved by the Township at its annual reorganization meeting for legal services rendered by the Township Solicitor and along with actual costs and expenses incurred and paid, such fees and costs to be reasonable.
The Township shall, by resolution duly adopted with this article, set forth the attorney fees to govern any legal action, and thereafter, by resolution each year at the reorganization meeting, to set the legal fees for enforcement actions for the ensuing year.
If any sentence, clause, or section of this article is for any reason found to be unconstitutional, illegal, or invalid, such unconstitutionality, illegality, or invalidity shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, or sections of this article. It is hereby declared to be the intent of the Township Board of Supervisors that this article would have been adopted had such unconstitutional, illegal, or invalid sentence, clause, or section not been included herein.
Any existing ordinance, resolution, or parts of either heretofore enacted by the Township are hereby repealed to the extent of any conflict with this article and/or any repealer is necessary to give this article full force and effect.
