Commencing with the meeting of January 2, 1996, and every other meeting thereafter, a newly elected Supervisor shall be entitled to receive the sum of $125 per meeting of the Board of Supervisors.

In succeeding years, upon elections of new Supervisors, said new Supervisor shall also be entitled to an increase in regular meeting pay to $125 per meeting, or such pay increases as authorized by law.
