In General.
(1)
Provisions of Article Not Exclusive. The provisions of this
article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person
of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting
or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth
in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other state law or as hereinafter provided.

Designated. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle at any time or
for any purpose upon any of the following streets or parts of streets:
Alexander Street, east side, from College Road to a point 45
feet southerly, from College Road to a point 55 feet northerly, from
Dickinson Street to a point 95 feet southerly, from Dickinson Street
to a point 55 feet northerly.
Alexander Street, east side beginning at the centerline of the
University Place/Alexander Street roundabout, running south along
the centerline on Alexander Street a distance of approximately 185
feet.
Alexander Street, west side, beginning at the centerline of
the University Place/Alexander Street roundabout, running south along
the centerline on Alexander Street a distance of approximately 620
feet.
Alexander Street, west side, beginning at a point approximately
865 feet south of the centerline of the University Place/Alexander
Street roundabout, continuing south a distance of approximately 60
feet.
Bank Street, east side, from Route NJ 27 (Nassau Street) to
a point 200 feet northerly.
Bank Street, west side, from Route NJ 27 (Nassau Street) to
a point 200 feet northerly.
Chambers Street, west side, from Route NJ 27 (Nassau Street)
to a point 128 feet north of Bank Street.
Chambers Street, west side, from a point 350 feet north of Bank
Street to Paul Robeson Place.
Chambers Street, east side, from a point 220 feet north of Route
NJ 27 (Nassau Street) to a point 42 feet northerly.

the Princeton Borough-Princeton Township corporate line.

(a)
Whenever any particular area on the municipally controlled streets
of the borough is designated in this article as part of a no stopping
or standing, no parking, taxi, bus stop or loading zone, and also
as part of any other limited parking zone, the provisions of this
article with respect to no stopping or standing, no parking, taxi,
bus stop or loading zone, as the case may be, shall control with respect
to such particular area.

(a)
Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation of this article
shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation
of traffic and parking, and any police officer of the borough may
provide for the removal of such vehicle. The owner shall pay the reasonable
costs of the removal, and storage which may result from such removal,
before regaining possession of the vehicle.
