No person shall trespass on or in any buildings or structures owned by the Township of East Brunswick except at such times as such buildings or structures are open to the public. Specifically, but not by way of limitation, no one shall trespass on the roof of any building or structure owned by the Township of East Brunswick unless such person shall have received written authorization to do so from the East Brunswick Township Business Administrator. Any person violating this ordinance shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Section 1-15 of the Code of the Township of East Brunswick.
