(A) 
No person shall mar, injure, destroy or deface, or aid in the marring, injuring, destroying or defacing, by any means whatsoever, of any public or private property in the Borough without the permission of the owner or occupant of such property to do so.
(B) 
No person shall mar, injure, destroy or deface, or cause to be marred, injured, destroyed or defaced, any bridge, fence, tree, street sign, awning, lamp post, electric light post or apparatus or any other property, public or private, not belonging to such person.
(C) 
In addition to the penalty provided in § 664.99, whoever violates any provision of this section shall be required to pay to the Borough the cost of any and all public property marred, injured, destroyed or defaced, together with the cost of suit in any action brought by the Borough for the recovery thereof.
