All buildings, dwellings and premises in the Borough that are
unoccupied on the effective date of this chapter (Ord. 366, passed
May 2, 1977) or thereafter shall be posted with a notice by the Building
Inspector in substantially the following form:

The notice provided for in § 1448.01 shall operate
as a restriction against the occupancy of any building, dwelling or
premises that has not been inspected by the Building Inspector, the
Plumbing Inspector and the Electrical Inspector pursuant to all other
relevant ordinances of the Borough.

No person shall occupy a building, dwelling or premises in the
Borough while the notice provided for in § 1448.01 is posted
upon such building, dwelling or premises.
