The Board of Ethics is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed
to develop a poster containing the County Code of Ethics ("poster")
and distribute the poster to the Suffolk County Department of Public
Works for installation in all County buildings.
The Board of Ethics shall create and provide the poster to the
Department of Public Works within 30 days of the effective date of
this article.
The poster shall be reviewed by the Board of Ethics annually
and revised when changes to the County Code of Ethics are enacted.
The Department of Public Works is hereby authorized, empowered,
and directed to visibly post at least one copy of the poster in each
County building within 30 days of receipt of the same.
