Medical marijuana establishments as defined by 22 M.R.S. § 2422, including medical marijuana testing facilities and medical marijuana manufacturing facilities are authorized.
This article shall take effect immediately upon enactment by the City Council unless otherwise provided and shall remain in effect until it is amended or repealed.
