A. 
A service charge in the amount of $20 shall be imposed on any taxes, fees or other charges due to the Township of Little Egg Harbor where a check or draft has been submitted to the Township toward the payment of such taxes, fees or other charges, and such check or draft is returned for insufficient funds. The Township Committee authorizes the appropriate municipal officer to demand that future payments be tendered in cash or by certified or cashier's check on any account where a check tendered for payment on such account is returned for insufficient funds. In addition, the service charge aforesaid may be collected in any manner authorized by N.J.S.A. 40:5-18.
B. 
It is hereby determined that the amount of such service charge is equal to the approximate amount of the Township's administrative or other related costs where a check or draft has been returned for insufficient funds.
A. 
A fee of $10 shall be charged and payable to the Tax Collector in the Township of Little Egg Harbor for the issuance of each certified copy of a municipal lien search.
B. 
When the holder of a certificate issued as provided in Subsection A shall, within three years from the date thereof, apply for a continuation thereof, a fee of $2 shall be charged and payable per calendar year.
A fee of $5 shall be charged and payable to the Tax Collector in the Township of Little Egg Harbor for the issuance of each proof of payment letter.

A fee of $5 shall be charged and payable to the Tax Collector in the Township of Little Egg Harbor for the issuance of a duplicate copy of a tax bill.
B. 
A fee of $25 shall be charged and payable for each subsequent duplicate copy of the same tax bill requested in Subsection A in the same fiscal year.
A fee of $25 shall be charged and payable to the Tax Collector in the Township of Little Egg Harbor for the issuance of each certificate of redemption.
A. 
The Tax Collector shall provide to any party entitled to redeem a certificate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-54 two calculations of the amount required for redemption within a calendar year at no cost.
B. 
A fee of $50 shall be charged and payable to the Tax Collector in the Township of Little Egg Harbor for any additional subsequent calculations.
A fee of $100 shall be charged and payable to the Tax Collector in the Township of Little Egg Harbor for the issuance of a duplicate tax sale certificate.
The fees for copies of government records shall be $0.05 per letter-size page (eight inches by 11 inches) or smaller, and $0.07 per legal-size page (eight inches by 14 inches).
In the event the Township provides notice of tax sale by regular or certified mail in lieu of any two publications, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-26, the costs of the mailings shall be added to the cost of the sale, not to exceed $25 for each notice for a particular property.
