Continual repair, and/or installation of parts or components, upon the public streets, alleys, or other public property of the City, of any automobile, truck, or other motor vehicle or any other device required to possess a license issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles of this state or the state of its registration shall be considered a nuisance.
Repair, and/or installation of parts or components, upon the public streets, alleys, or other public property of the City, of any automobile, truck, or other motor vehicle or any other device required to possess a license issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles of this state or the state of its registration, except for emergency repairs, or routine maintenance, shall not exceed 48 hours in any seven-day period.

Each day a person is found to be in violation of this article shall constitute a separate offense. Fines for violation of this article shall be as provided in Chapter 1, Article II, Violations and Penalties.
