Any member of the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Zoning Hearing Board or the Township Recreation Board, Tomhicken Village Recreation Board or any other commission or board which may hereafter be established who, without just cause as may be determined by the Supervisors of Sugarloaf Township, fails to attend any two consecutive, regularly scheduled meetings, or who fails to attend more than 1/2 of the regularly scheduled meetings in any twelve-month period, shall be deemed to be guilty of nonfeasance in office or to have neglected his duties of office, as the case may be, and shall be subject to removal from the commission or board in accordance with and in the manner provided by law.
