§ 171-8 Permit applications.

All permits for development or use require the completion and approval of a permit application. Such application(s) shall be completed pursuant to the requirements set forth in this Code and the regulations specific to the permit(s) being sought. An application for a permit is required for all development lying within the jurisdiction of the City of Española. Such applications shall be submitted through the appropriate municipal departments as required for each specific permit.

§ 171-9 Records.

A record of all permits shall be maintained by the appropriate municipal department for each specific permit.

§ 171-10 Permit submittal requirements.

All permits submitted for review shall be on forms available from the appropriate municipal department for each specific permit and shall meet minimum requirements and include all submittals as specified by the department and this code.
