The Borough of West Leechburg shall adopt the revised local discharge limits as adopted by the Kiski Valley Water Pollution Control Authority, substantially in the form of Resolution 1995-2 which was presented at this meeting and is made a part hereof by reference only, and is on file with the Borough Secretary.

No person shall contribute, cause to be contributed, or discharge any industrial wastes to the public sanitary sewage facilities of the Kiski Valley Water Pollution Control Authority, except in accordance with the rules and regulations governing industrial sewer use that have been adopted, or may hereafter be adopted by the Authority.
Any ordinance or resolution or part of any ordinance or resolution inconsistent or in conflict with this article is hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency of conflict.
If any provisions, paragraph, word, or section of this article shall be invalidated by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions, paragraphs, words and section shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect.
