The Building Inspector of the Town of Webster shall enforce the provisions of the Building Code.[1]
[1]
Editor's Note: Original Sec. 170.2, Building height, of the General Bylaws, as amended 5-11-1998 ATM, Art. 3, which immediately followed this section, was deleted 5-11-2009 ATM, Art. 26, as duplicative of Zoning Bylaw provisions. See specific height requirements throughout Ch. 650, Zoning, as well as § 650-33, Height.
Before a building or structure can be demolished or removed, the owner or agent shall notify all utilities such as water, sewer, electric, gas and other connectors. A permit to demolish or remove a building or structure shall not be issued until a release in writing is obtained from the utilities stating that their respective service connection has been disconnected.
[Added 10-16-2017 ATM by Art. 13]
