10-2-1.
Adoption of a new town by-law or town by-law revision shall
be by a two- thirds vote of those voting at an annual or special town
meeting.
10-4-1.
All special acts, town by-laws, town meeting resolutions, rules
and regulations of the town in force at the time this charter takes
effect, not inconsistent with this charter, shall continue in force.
