§ 49-1 Title. This article shall be known and may be cited as the "Regulation of Boating and Waterways Law of the Village of Sands Point."
§ 49-2 Definitions. A. For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings as defined in § 1-100 of the Village Code: Anchor, Boat, Boat Owner, Boat Speed, Channel, Channel System, Moor, Vessel, Village, Village Board, and Village Code.
