This chapter shall be effective on 9-8-2014 and shall remain in force until modified, amended or rescinded by Township of Reserve, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.[1]

Editor's Note: Original Sec. 10.02, Penalties, of Ord. No. 659, which immediately followed this section, was repealed at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I).
If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such holding shall not affect the other provisions or applications of this chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this chapter are declared severable.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances which are inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
