There is hereby created the Flossmoor Foreign Fire Insurance Board, which shall consist of seven trustees to include the Fire Chief and six members elected at large by members of the Fire Department.

The Foreign Fire Insurance Board shall annually elect a Chairman and a Treasurer and shall be governed by Section 11-10-2 of the Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS 5/11-10-2).
