A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to park any automobile, truck or other vehicle along the curbing next to sidewalks on Main Street for longer than necessary to load and unload passengers; and no automobile or vehicle shall be left parked against said curbing without an occupant for any length of time.
B. 
Overnight parking. It shall be unlawful to leave any automobile, truck or other vehicle parked on Main Street either on the paving or in the middle of Main Street in the City of Walhalla during the night time.
C. 
Violations and penalties. Any person or persons violating the foregoing provisions shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to punishment by fine or imprisonment by the Mayor within the limits of his authority.

A. 
All vehicles making delivery of goods, wares and merchandise to retail or wholesale merchants having a place or places of business on Main Street in the City of Walhalla in that area extending from College Street to John Street shall park, when no loading zone or other loading space is available, said vehicle in the center lane of travel so as to leave one lane of travel open between the parking zone herein provided and the angled metered spaces along Main Street.
B. 
Time limits. A vehicle so parked shall not remain in said center lane for a period to exceed one hour or such lesser time as shall be required to make delivery of goods, wares and merchandise to the merchants located along Main Street.
C. 
Any person violating this section shall be punished by a fine or by imprisonment within the discretion of the Municipal Court of the City of Walhalla.

A. 
The metered spaces on Main Street in the City of Walhalla as defined by angular parking lines shall be used by motor vehicles parked within the spaces so provided and shall not extend into adjoining spaces.
B. 
No vehicle, whether motorized or not, shall remain parked within metered spaces on Main Street in the City of Walhalla for more than four consecutive hours, it being the intent hereof that no single vehicle shall utilize the privilege of parking on Main Street in metered, or unmetered, parking spaces for extended periods of time. The Chief of Police or any officer designated by him may cause such vehicle that has remained continuously parked in a metered or unmetered space for more than four hours to be impounded and towed from the parking space, and the owner of such vehicle shall pay the costs of the towing and impounding of the vehicle in addition to such fine as may be imposed for violation of this section. Each four-hour period of parking shall constitute a separate offense.
C. 
Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions hereof shall be fined a sum not to exceed $200 or imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, or both, within the discretion of the Municipal Court of the City of Walhalla.

The Chief of Police or any officer designated by him may cause such vehicle that has remained continuously parked for more than two hours to be impounded and towed from the parking space, and the owner of such vehicle shall pay the costs of the towing and impounding of the vehicle in addition to such fine as may be imposed for violation of this section. Each two-hour period of parking shall constitute a separate offense.
