The Borough of Rutherford takes great pride in the creative talent of its youth. The Youth Banner Program is intended to support the artistic creativity of our youth, and, at the same time, to display this artistic talent for the appreciation of the Borough residents and guests by displaying the youth banners on the poles throughout the Borough. The cost of participation in this program is $50. This cost shall defray the cost of creating a banner and displaying it. Once the exhibition is concluded, the banner will become the property of the participant who has paid the $50 fee.

Applications for participation in this program may be obtained at the office of the Borough Clerk.
This article shall take effect immediately upon publication according to law.
