It is the purpose of this Part 1 is to provide to the citizens of Walhalla public maintained facilities, provided that certain guidelines are adhered to for the protection of the facility, the spectators, other individuals and the public at large.
This Part 1 shall affect all properties within the City of Walhalla which are established for public use unless otherwise explicitly exempted herein.
This Part 1 shall be known as the "Public Facilities Ordinance."
For the purpose of this Part 1, the following definitions shall apply:
