The provisions of this regulation with respect to the meaning of technical terms and phrases, the classification of different types of sewers, the regulations with respect to making connections to sewers or drains and other technical matters shall be interpreted and administered by the Department acting in and for the Town of Ayer, Massachusetts through the Select Board.
Any party aggrieved by any decision, regulation or provision under this regulation, as amended, from time to time, shall have the right of appeal within 30 calendar days of said decision to the Department, which shall issue a decision within 30 calendar days. If said appeal is denied by the Department, then the aggrieved party shall have the right to appeal to the Middlesex Superior Court for equitable relief, provided that said appeal is entered within 30 calendar days from the issuance of the decision of the Department.
