All bylaws or parts of bylaws heretofore adopted, which are inconsistent with the provisions of the foregoing bylaws, are hereby repealed and annulled; but the provisions of the foregoing bylaws, so far as they are the same as the provisions of bylaws heretofore adopted, shall be construed as a continuation of said bylaws, and not as new enactments.

These bylaws may be modified or amended at any Annual Town Meeting by a majority vote of those present and voting, any article or articles for the purpose having been inserted in the warrant for such meeting.
