The office and position of Code Enforcement Officer of the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (the "Code Enforcement Officer") is hereby created. The Code Enforcement Officer shall administer and enforce such rules, regulations, ordinances and policies of the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as may, from time to time be authorized, enacted and/or directed by the New Cumberland Borough Council by appropriate ordinances, resolutions or motions.
The Borough may enact regulations concerning the administration of this article.
If any sentence, clause, section or part of this article is found to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, such action shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions of this article.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances that are inconsistent herewith are repealed.
