The Borough Council shall, by resolution, as amended from time to time, establish certain fees to be paid to or for the use of Avondale Borough, and shall further establish the amount of such fees for all applications and/or permits, including but not limited to building permit fees, permit extension fees, use and occupancy permits, fees for applications and appeals to the Zoning Hearing Board, fees for subdivision and land development applications, etc. A copy of any resolution adopted pursuant to this article, and all amendments thereto, shall be kept on file at all times in the Office of the Borough of Avondale.

In order to ensure the uniformity and consistency of the format of any resolution adopted pursuant to this article, if such resolution is amended by subsequent resolutions, the Avondale Borough Council shall periodically, but no less often than every five years, prepare and subsequently adopt a single unified resolution which shall incorporate all previously adopted amendatory resolutions.
