Council members shall receive a salary of $1,875 annually.

The President of Council shall receive a salary of $2,500 annually. No Council member ineligible to receive a salary as a member shall receive a salary as President of Council.
The Mayor shall receive a salary of $2,500 annually.
Salaries as provided for herein shall be paid quarterly.
The salaries provided for herein shall commence on January 1, 2014, provided that no salary shall be paid to any member during such member's term of office that began prior to the enactment of this article.
