Neither the Township nor Plainfield, nor any representative, agent or employee of the Township or Plainfield, shall render himself or herself personally liable for any damage that may accrue to any person as a result of any acts, decisions or other consequence or occurrence arising out of the discharge of their duties and responsibilities pursuant to this Part 2.
To the extent permitted by law and in accordance with the Water Service Agreement, the Township hereby designates Plainfield to implement and enforce the provisions and requirements of this Part 2 as agent for the Township.
