The City of Fairview will now be known as City of New Fairview.

(a)
It
shall be unlawful for a person or corporation to intentionally and
knowingly fail to appear in accordance with the terms of a citation
issued hereunder.
(b)
It
shall be unlawful for a person being issued a citation to intentionally
or knowingly give other than his true name and address.
(c)
It
shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally or knowingly interfere
or impede with the performance of a person's duty as authorized by
the council.

(a)
The
city council hereby designates The Wise County Messenger, a public
newspaper in and of the city as the official newspaper of said city,
the same to continue as such until another is selected, and shall
cause to be published therein all ordinances, notices and other matters
required by law or by ordinance to be published.
(b)
The
city manager is hereby given authority to designate The Wise County
Messenger, for said newspaper to become the official newspaper of
the city.
