There is hereby levied, pursuant to V.T.C.A., Alcoholic Beverage Code section 11.38, a schedule of fees for a license or permit issued for premises located within the city under the Alcoholic Beverage Code, which fees shall be equal to one-half (1/2) of the fee assessed by the state for each license or permit pursuant to the Alcoholic Beverage Code.

The costs for work by the city under section 7.02.001 shall include an administrative fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).

Any loads between 18,000 pounds to 25,000 pounds on HMAC and/or oil penetration roads shall require a permit fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
