§ B33-9 Enforcement.

This chapter shall be enforced by the municipal engineer, superintendent of public works and/or police department.

§ B33-10 Penalties.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the general penalty set forth in Section B1-6 of this Code.
