This article shall hereafter be known and may be cited as the
Township "Food Trucks Ordinance."
The purpose of this article is to register and regulate the
operation of food trucks, food trailers and carts used in the preparation
or distribution of food within the Charter Township of Blackman.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment in the
county jail not more than 90 days or by a fine of not more than $500,
or both, in the discretion of the court. Each day that a violation
continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense. In addition,
the Township may seek injunctive relief against persons alleged to
be in violation of this article, and such other relief as may be provided
by law.
