The International Energy Conservation Code, copyrighted by the International Code Council, Inc., save and except the deletions and additions set forth in exhibit A, attached to Ordinance 2026-01-05 and incorporated herein for all purposes, regulating the design of building envelopes for adequate thermal resistance and low air leakage and the design and selection of mechanical, electrical, service water-heating and illumination systems and equipment which will enable effective use of energy in new building construction located within Frisco (2024 International Energy Conservation Code). The 2024 International Energy Conservation Code is made a part of this division as if fully set forth herein. Three copies of the 2024 International Energy Conservation Code are on file in the office of the City Secretary of Frisco being marked and designated as the 2024 International Energy Conservation Code. The deletions and additions set for in exhibit A to Ordinance 2026-01-05 are also located on Frisco's website under Development Services.
