The 2024 edition of the International Building Code, copyrighted by the International Code Council, Inc., save and except the deletions and additions set forth in exhibit A, attached to Ordinance 2026-01-03 and incorporated herein for all purposes, regulating the construction, alteration, movement, enlargement, replacement, repair, equipment, use and occupancy, location, removal and demolition of every building or structure or any appurtenances connected or attached to such buildings or structures within buildings located within Frisco (2024 International Building Code). The 2024 International Building Code is made a part of this division as if fully set forth herein. Three copies of the 2024 International Building Code are on file in the office of the City Secretary of Frisco, being marked and designated as the 2024 International Building Code. The deletions and additions set forth in exhibit A to Ordinance 2026-01-03 are also located on Frisco's website under Development Services.
