The Community Center Board of the Village of Reeseville shall consist of five members appointed by the Village President, subject to confirmation by the Village Board. One member shall be a Village Trustee and three members shall be Village residents, and one member may be from the Village or the rural area outside the Village within a fifteen-mile radius. The Village Board member shall be appointed at the organizational meeting in May and serve for a two-year term or until the term of office expires. Two citizen members shall be appointed for two-year terms commencing on June 1, and two citizen members shall be appointed for two-year terms commencing on the succeeding June 1. Any vacancies shall be filled by appointment by the Village President and confirmed by the Board to serve for the remainder of the term.
The members of the Board shall receive compensation as determined by resolution of the Village Board.
The Community Center Board shall meet as needed, but not less than once every other month.
A. 
The Board shall hire a manager for the Community Center, subject to the confirmation of the Village Board.
B. 
The Board shall establish policies and procedures for the operation and rental of the Community Center; prepare an annual budget and submit the same to the Village Treasurer no later than October 1 of each year, and administer all money collected and pay all claims and vouchers submitted for the operation of the Community Center.
