The Conservation Commission shall consist of seven members to
be appointed by the First Selectperson for staggered terms of five
years. The First Selectperson shall fill all vacancies in the membership
of the Conservation Commission and may remove any member for cause.
The Conservation Commission shall have all powers and duties
identified in Section 7-131a of the Connecticut General Statutes,
as amended.
