A.
The Town Clerk shall keep a true copy (in a book to be kept for such
purpose alone) of all deeds of conveyance executed by the Selectmen.
B.
It shall be the duty of the Town Clerk to see that every conveyance
to the Town of any interest in land is properly recorded in the Registry
of Deeds, and he shall have the custody of all such deeds.
The Selectmen shall sell at public or private sale any personal
property to be disposed of by any department, board or commission
of the Town.
