It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or furnish tobacco
products to any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years.
It shall be unlawful for any persons under the age of twenty-one
(21) years to purchase, attempt to purchase, possess or attempt to
possess any tobacco products.
Any person who violates the provisions of this Article shall,
upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than five hundred
dollars ($500.00).
If any provision of this Article is held invalid, such invalidity
shall not affect any other provision, or the application thereof,
which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application,
and to this end the provisions of this Article are declared to be
severable.
